We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Bank Wire Transfer and Behalf. Your credit card will be billed upon submission of your order, and there is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order, and you may incur a $1 transaction hold on your account. We also accept bank transfer payments. Your order will be processed and released once we have verified funds have been transferred. We do not accept money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, or company checks.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Wholesale Vaping Supply reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item if we are out of stock on an item. The remainder of missing items will be backordered or filled as soon as possible. If the product is no longer available a credit or refund may be issued. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Out-of-Stock and Backordered Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Back-ordered items shipment times may vary.

General Orders Processing
Orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday may not ship until the following business day. There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

Your personal information is kept private and secure. The information you provide to us when placing an order is used to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders, and to personalize your shopping experience. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials, and new additions to the Wholesale Vaping Supply site. Wholesale Vaping Supply will not be held liable for any personal and/or property damage, illness, injury, or financial loss caused by the use of the products or inability to use the products purchased from Wholesale Vaping Supply. Products sold by Wholesale Vaping Supply have not been reviewed by the FDA, and are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent, or cure any disease, illness or condition. You agree that no claims about safety, health benefits or uses for the products were specifically stated by Wholesale Vaping Supply.

Age Restrictions
By purchasing products from Wholesale Vaping Supply, you certify and agree that you are of legal age to consume, use or resell the products ordered from Wholesale Vaping Supply.

Returns, Warranty, and Exchanges
Eligibility for refunds, repairs, or exchanges is limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure. Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to damage, misuse, abuse, or that are modified or repaired by anyone other than Wholesale Vaping Supply. Wholesale Vaping Supply reserves the right to deny replacement or credit for any returned product for the aforementioned reasons.

For warrantied items, exchange parts will not be sent until the original parts are returned to us and evaluated, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to returning the item. Return shipping is at the customers expense, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to shipping, for parts returned to Wholesale Vaping Supply. The default warranty period for all products is 14 days unless otherwise specified in the product description. You are responsible for testing all products upon receipt.

We do not offer a warranty on atomizers, cartomizers, clearomizers, tanks, drip tips, disposable e-cigarettes, or batteries unless they arrived damaged or DOA. Due to personal tastes and preferences, all e-liquid purchases are final, and we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any e-liquid product.

For products that are functional, not sold by Wholesale Vaping Supply, determined to be out of warranty, or damaged by misuse, you will be responsible for any costs associated with return shipping. You understand that you will forfeit any of these items if you are not willing to cover the cost of return shipping.

We do not accept returns on non-defective items, excluding incorrect items shipped. There will be no refunds issued once an order has shipped. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All sales are final.

You can request an RMA through your online account, use our Ticket Systemor call us at 704-624-7070 if you feel you have a defective product. Instructions will be provided after an RMA request is initiated, and you will be issued an RMA number. Products returned to us without an RMA number will not be processed. Products that are not defective will be returned to you.

Fulfillment Errors
Requests to correct fulfillment errors that are made by Wholesale Vaping Supply resulting in your receipt of incorrect or missing items will be accepted for 14 days after the receipt of your order. Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 14 days from the date you have received your order. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

Shipping Policy
Most hardware orders placed Sunday through Thursday will usually ship within 24-48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following Monday due to limited shipping availability on Saturdays. Any shipping or transit time offered to you by Wholesale Vaping Supply or other parties is only an estimate, and we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. eLiquid processing and shipping times may vary.

We ship packages as quickly as possible from our warehouse location, but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over how the carrier routes the package or delays caused by customs or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues after you have called the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible.

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for all products at the time of purchase. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt if an order is split into multiple shipments.

Customs, Duties, VAT
Some countries may impose fees and taxes on shipments. These fees are not included in the shipping fee you pay at Wholesale Vaping Supply, and are additional fees charged by your country or carrier. Wholesale Vaping Supply is not responsible for any additional fees incurred.

Wholesale Vaping Supply may automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders being delivered to addresses within North Carolina or where other state law may require us to.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Wholesale Vaping Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Wholesale Vaping Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
